On-line Personal Training gives you the freedom to train wherever and whenever you want. It offers you all the benefits of personalised programme design at a lower cost.
BENEFITS
You don't have to join a gym. No more waiting around to use equipment or inflated monthly fees. You can train where you want and in your own time. Whether you choose to train at home, in the park or during a break in work, we design a programme that suits you. We have programmes and exercises that do not require the use of equipment. We also have some workout methods that take as little as five minutes, and others that require a little more time.
HOW IT WORKS
You contact us with your goals and ambitions. We will send out a questionnaire for you to complete. This will involve information on your lifestyle, time constraints, equipment, goals, diet etc.
From this information we design a training programme that is tailored to you. Every week we will touch base via email to check on your progress. Every 3-6 weeks we will update your program to prevent stagnation and keep you on track to meet your goals.
This service puts the ball firmly in your court. The programmes will be put together around the information provided by you and will only succeed if you actually perform the training.
NOTE: If your not a self motivated individual willing to put in the hard work on your own initiative, this service is not for you.
WHAT YOU GET
Lifestyle questionnaire
You fill this in and return it to me. I can then understand your current activity levels, previous exercise experiences, what, if any, equipment you have access to, and your dietary regime. This will serve as a starting point for the programme design.
Goal Sheet
You will be asked submit you short and long term training goals. With this information we can plan your training to best achieve these targets within the time span you require.
Equipment
It doesn't matter whether you have no kit and train at home or are a member of a gym. Tell us what you have access to and what you prefer to use.
Monthly Package
You will receive training programmes, advice and support via email. You will be required to send me your training log and food record sheets on a weekly basis. You will have access to videos and pictures demonstrating the various exercises. You will receive programme updates every 4 weeks and advice in relation to nutrition, injury prevention and time management.
