High Octane Cardio(HOC) is based on a style of conditioning that boxers often used call "roadwork". Roadwork combines cardio such as skipping & bagwork combined with muscular endurance exercises using kettlebells. HOC takes roadwork to the next level by combining these exercises, the result is a fat loss program that will exceed your wildest expectations.

The Clubs main focus is on the sport of kettlebell lifting, practice correct technique and build incredible endurance, strength, core strength, flexibility,weight loss. Burn 20 calories per min
We now have a ranking system setup which is recognised by the Russian Girvoy Sports Federation, all members can can work up to Master of Sport Rank. We also have a number of competitions scheduled throughout the year.

The Wexford Kettlebell & Weightlifting Youth Club is suitable for 17-8yrs of age. Supervised Kettlebell & Weightlifting training is great for Kids and teenagers, it will help develop muscle strength, improve body composition, reduce cardiovascular risk factors & improve coordination. Our supervised training session will offer all these unique health benefits while also encouraging children & adolescents to participate in the Sport of Kettlebell Sport & Olympic Weightlifting.
